FSU opens new investigation into rape accusation against Heisman winner Jameis Winston
Florida State is going ahead with a school investigation of star player Jameis Winston for alleged rape, even though prosecutors decided last December not to charge Winston criminally. (Source: WFTV)
Another FSU student claimed that Winston, who won the Heisman Trophy as a freshman in December 2013, raped her in December 2012.

We all already know the outcome of this investigation. Winston goes free because hes FSU starting QB.
I don't know.....

There may be some smoke behind this fire for the University to pursue.
Maybe now he'll actually be questioned by the Tally PD?
If I were the detective doing the questioning I'd take the first 25 questions from the glorious #AskJameis debacle.
Did you just respond to your own topic post for the legs? #conspiracy #riggingthesystem #callthecops #hashbrowns
Slow down there mister pointy-fingers. You've already asked more questions than the TPD asked Jameis and than fans that LOLUVA had at their spring game.
This might be one of those cases where there actually may have been more fans at the LOLUVa Spring Game than questions asked of Jaymus by the TPD
jamies winston when the police showed up.....
Winston: what girl.... i dont see anyone?!?
tally police officer: yup nothing to see here....
School Judiciary board?
To be clear -- this investigation is required by Title IX. And in a disturbing twist, they have to do this investigation regardless of whether a student is cleared by the police.
So say what you will about the local PD investigating Winston, and all of it may be true (or not, as we really don't know all the evidence their investigation may have uncovered, as they need to keep that sort of stuff to themselves in case more evidence shows up allowing them to move forward with a prosecution), but consider:
The scales are very heavily weighted to the side of the accuser.
So for those that will cheer on a university pursuing these allegations, try to understand the context within which this action is taking place, and the difference in the judicial standards.
Justice should not be based on whether or not you like the defendant, or whether you think he and his friends acted like asses. Lots of terrible people do all sorts of things we don't agree with - Just remember, some people you meet in your life are going to think you are terrible as well.
The rule of law protects everyone against a rush to judgement, assholes and saints and all of us alike.
If I could make this green, I would.
I wonder which of these is going to happen...
Crableg Bootyhole investigation? Call me crazy but I bet is does not conclude until Mid-January and he will then be found guilty and expelled making his nfl decision that much easier. All of this after he garnerned big bucks for the ACC for taking his team to a big money bowl of course...
Did somebody say "crablegs"?

You skrong?
