Sooo...Third and Logan v.2?
Welcome aboard!
He would actually be v.3
He has a chance be the one who annihilates in Bristol? I love him already :)
If he wins the job, that means that the coaches goofed big time in recruiting Ford and Durkin.
That, or he's Michael Vick plus Peyton Manning and he only got 4 stars as a penalty for not going to the SEC.
Crossing fingers for option #2.
Sometimes you don't know if you have a Michael Vick or a Marcus Vick until a couple years later, you can't stop recruiting the most important position on the field
Of course, we did redshirt both of those guys.
I'm betting we redshirt Byrd too and that he won't see the field against Tennessee.
Looks like you got what you wanted with Oklahoma, congrats!
And we got another QB, wohoo, but I think it'll be Durkin who beats up TN in Bristol
When I first saw Durkin on the sidelines I did not recognize home right away. The first thing out of my mouth was "who is that monster?". Then I saw the name on the jersey. He is a tank!
Great to have him. Let's hope they can figure out how to put a line in front of him by the time he's starting...
Best news of the day by miles
yeahhh whoooo after my druken pissed self took a shower and a nap I can say yes!!!!!!!
So, how's he at TE???
too soon to say
Every time this joke is made, a LOLUVA defensive back gets a back spasm.
Awesome news. Another weapon for Lefty & Co.
Fantastic news. Love QB commits almost as much as I love linemen commits.
Another Logan= Another 38:0 , bro. Go Hokies!
Great news! Welcome to Hokie Nation, Logan!
Looking at film, with that #2 Jersey... Johnny Football V.2
So we got a new tight end? :)
Well, there's some good news coming out of this weekend!
awesome!
Welcome to Hokie Nation, Logan!
Now we just need to recruit some lineman to protect him.
His highlights look pretty good, but I will feel better if our O-line turns out to be badass. Or if we recruit some badass linemen.
Read the SonofaCoach breadown on 247 (link here, it's a $$$ article)...seems like he has a bunch of raw tools, really good athlete but he needs to work on mechanics and such...Lefty can really make his mark as a QB guru if he he can turn him into an elite level QB 3-4 years down the road.
One thing to remember...he is a class of '16 recruit, so those are sophomore year highlights. Not too many QBs aren't much more than a bunch of raw tools at that age. I imagine he'll look markedly different w/ 2 more seasons and 2 more years of physical/mental maturity.
Praise the Good Lord he didn't call it Virginia Tech University.
I'm of the opinion that even if you're loaded at the position, every class should still have at least one QB and Running Back. Welcome to your second home, Logan!
I agree completely. Every recruiting class needs at least one stud QB & RB and two elite WRs. Then you always have someone in the pipeline. Half will not be as good as projected, so then you've got a steady pipeline of guys at the skill positions that can put in 2-3 solid years of production.
Wait a second... Byrd is 6'3". How freaking tall is Scot Loeffler?
Loeffler was leaving the press box against Pitt last year and walked right past me and I will say he is a legit 6'3, 6'4.
But did he get a hug from CFB?

I saw this posted on another forum I'm on. The kid has his own website... I bet he majors in marketing.
