Virginia Tech has spent much of this week working on techniques, shedding cut blocks. (Foster said "chop" blocks a few times, then, when reminded that cut blocks are legal and chop blocks aren't, said: "Yeah, its all the same.")
Because of those blocks git likes to employ, this is probably the last game Big Lu should play in with his hurt knee. That's definitely a big loss.

Ok, granted it has been a busy week and I haven't been able to check TKP as much as I usually do, but how the hell did I miss that Maddy was hurt. I knew about Marshall, but Maddy!!!??? Feeling much less confident about Saturday if he can't go.

1 week removed from being hailed a Defensive Genius and the Best DC in the Nation then letting ECU drop 21 in 1Q is gonna piss a man off. If I was Coach Chin Balls I wouldn't even bother showing up.

Their QB seems a lot smaller than what we've faced in the past. Wonder how he will hold up to a constant barrage, as long as we can take away the middle and force him to keep the pitch. Ughh...I hate this game. GT will you get rid of CPJ and go to a normal offense. You are never going to win a national championship with it. You hardly ever win the ACC with it. So it gets you to a mediocre 6 wins every year and a bowl game....even when you have to beg to be allowed to go to a bowl game because your wins aren't always against all FBS schools. Are you satisfied with that?? I wouldn't be.
