Whoever the QB is will have at least 2 years in Loeffler's system, and all of our skill position players will be at least juniors at that point, with most of them playing this year as true freshmen. The remainder of the players in our recent recruiting classes will all have a couple of seasons under their belts. It's all building up to a point where we've got both skill and experience. A new QB isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as he's been sufficiently coached and has developed with the guys that will take the field with him. QB transitions are problematic when you don't know who "the guy" is going to be.

Facyson should redshirt this year, without a doubt. Riley is fully capable of handling his responsibilities for now. Pick-6, need I say more? LOVE Facyson but clearly he just isn't healthy right now

I'll be very surprised if Luther is interested in that option. It would be awesome for 2015 but I can;t see it happening.
I think the coaching staff is starting to move towards making sure all their key players are healthy for a special 2015.
They know what they have with a 100% Facyon & Maddy.
They know they need quality depth.
I suspect they will happy with another bowl-eligible season this year, with a push for perfection next.
If we keep pulling the big recruiting wins, the next couple years could be really special.
2016 is the special year. Though I'll take something in 2015 too.
With a new starting QB? That seems overly optimistic IMO. What am I missing?

Logan in 2011 was pretty good, for example.
^ This guy gets it.
Anybody remember what round Maddy scored when he submitted to NFL for consideration?

Riley is good, but that pick-6 was pretty much like stealing candy from a kid, it was a horrible read/throw from Barrett
It's amazing what they have both done on defense without a RS year. Whenever that day comes, they will be missed on this roster.
A little bit of coordinators video too:
