That looks like the CGI scene in The Avengers where the Hulk gets ahold of Loki and swings him around like a stuffed animal. Despite how sissy this might make me sound, that should be flagged for unnecessary roughness for the way he slams him into the turf. Not saying he had to cradle him to the ground, just not accelerate him into the ground.

It doesn't appear to have drawn a flag - ESPN Play-by-play says that he ran for 10 yards to pick up the 1st down.
No flag. Watching it live, he basically jumped into the guys arms. Not a lot you can do from that position.
