Tattoo this across his face so that he is reminded every day that he phucking sucks, and then, maybe, just maybe ... nope... still doesn't make up for it

God that hurts. A lot. Puck the Fac-12 refs.

Way too little. Way too late,

If you play it, they will win.

It's just gonna be next man up, who probably sucks as much.

And it's not like the Pac-12 is gonna learn from this, since they were trying to extend the guy's contract.

But officiating is starting to look really bad across all conferences at all levels. I've seen a couple of ACC games where the refs had issues with the clock in regards to first down and resetting the chains. Jim Mora has an entire list from the UCLA/UVA game.

There was an issue last week with the ref starting the clock before the chains were set. Beamer was pissed. The whole thing cost us 5 seconds at the end of the first half.

And that's the other half of the couple i was thinking of.

wait....a game that involved timecop and clock controversy?! SAY WHAT?!

Taylor, looking desperately throws it deep..HAS A MAN OPEN DANNY COALE WITH A CATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FIVE!!!!....hes still open

Is Jim Fogltance still in the replay booth? That name will never leave my brain. The only reason he was in the replay booth is because he botched too many calls and had a cloud of controversy over him for botching calls in favor of his alma mater, U of Arizona. That was in 2010.

My question is, why was he even allowed to call a game involving his alma mater? That's a serious conflict of interest. Do other conferences let alumni call their own games?

Here is former DC for Oregon, Nick Aliotti, with his thoughts on the PAC-12 officiating....

Oregon DC on PAC-12 Refs

The article is from last October, but it seems Larry Scott (PAC12 Commish) is the guy that we want out of the job. He was responsible for the "overhaul" of the PAC-12 refs, and it has not gotten any better this year.

Have you guys ever read the glasses ref twitter page? Pac12 fans HATE pac12 officiating, so ..someone started this twitter account. its hilarious.

So many gems in that timeline.

still too many

Nah, this is just the right amount, a little too late.

The PAC 12 officials have been atrocious for far too long. This is not unexpected. The only question remains is whether the PAC 12 will suddenly begin to pay for actual refs and whether they'll be held accountable in the future.

Tell me about it. I've posted once here before, but I'll say it again. I wrote a detailed complaint letter to the PAC-12 officials (coordinators office) citing all the inconsistencies in that game. Asked for an explanation, but none came. I was there. I held my 1-yr old daughter in my arms, standing, from start to finish. What a great experience, what a great game. What a shame that the zebras decided the outcome in the end, and not the players.

If it ain't orange, it better be maroon...and if it ain't maroon, it better be soon!

No offense but did you genuinely think you would get a response? That's kinda like writing a letter to Santa, only your parents aren't going to write the response back in red ink.
