No kidding. That is the headline of the article. It's good to know that we can hold up well when times call for it.

I am glad our Wang is getting noticed. VT has a strong Wang. Our Wang goes down sometimes but in the end our Wang always comes back hard. Our Wang has always taken a real beating. But it also delivers a pounding in the trenches. We should be proud of our Wang.
Not to mention Virginia Tech's Wang is extremely experienced. Our Wang has put in a lot of time and effort to be at this point today. VT's Wang especially spends a lot of time in the film room getting ready for the next physical outing.
Film room. That's what I'm going to start calling it.
I'm just going to leave this here...
It's a good thing that after all Wang has been through, he can still get up on Saturdays.
Penis joke.
Nailed it
This quote provides a speck of insight into the relationships that people who play sports or are in the armed services (among other team environments) create with other members of the team/service. It's hard to describe to people who do not or did not play/serve, but it is unlike any other bond. And being a Hokie is sure to enhance any kind of relationship.
Headline could have been worse, this was the original before the editor caught it:
Virginia Tech plays with hurt Wang.
Next year will be tough.
It won't seem right playing without a Wang.
We may not have a Wang, but we will might have Fullwood on the field.
I believe it will be the first time in 10 years that we play without a Wang.
(insert 4 hour joke here)
What year did Ed graduate? Was David already on campus?
Not sure the year, 2008 maybe? But we did at one point have 2 Wangs. Unfortunately we haven't pounded (the rock) like that since then when we dropped to only one singular Wang.
No Wang, but we will have a Chung
My inner 80's teenager self would kill for a pic of David Wang and Kyle Chung sitting/standing on the sideline together. Backs to the camera.
You're welcome
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
But I really can't kill anybody for you. That was just a metaphor.
Am I the only one that gets a chuckle from the fact that BeneDICT is in the background or is that too much of a stretch?
You are penis observant.... Leg!
D'oh! Hokie3xHi beat me by a few...
My Wang pic is bigger
It's not the size that counts....
all of the upvotes. So good.
i don't know how this guy does it, seems like he's been hurt for a long time. Kudos to our offensive for their hard-work, hoping we can keep Searels for a while.
Ok... the penis joke in this post went way over my head.
Little help here. Anyone?
Very clever, actually.
The name Searels goes far back in history, with various name changes bringing it to its current spelling.
The name derives from the original family holdings in Serlo Normandy.
There, the Serlo family made their wealth by creating the process for refining wool bedding, a process that was known as pfluphen.
Though the Searels family no longer maintains the ancient practice, I am told that it is enjoying a bit of renaissance in preparing the bedroom scenes on many straight-to-video productions, carried on by a passionate cadre of modern-day "fluffers".
(That was a long way to go for a bad joke. I denounce myself.)
leg for the attempt. It was a valiant effort.
I saw the title of that article earlier, smiled, shook my head and moved on.
Selective deletion can be fun
Eh maybe not that fun.
Overall, this is hilarious.

For some reason, the tenor of the article doesn't come through when you delete most of it
Reminds me of a girl I once knew.
You know what I think is best about Wang? Versatility. You can plug Wang in anywhere and he does work. He's been around so long, he's got experience at every position and technique.
We're proud of our Wang
Another great thing about Wang is his versatility. He can fill any hole and still perform well.
VT's Wang is so big and physical that once he has done work there is usually a gaping hole big enough for a truck to drive through. Glad to see he is getting some recognition.
That Wang is much bigger in person than I expected.
Between Wang and Sam Rogers...(edit: too many implications)Nice article from last year about big brother, Ed, in which he mentions David. Our Wangs are simply the best. Other teams don't even have a Wang. Doesn't matter. Even if they did, ours would still be the best.

Our Wang will endure forever.
