I really hope this means it was a false accusation from the get go and not a legitimate victim succumbing to pressure. With all of the accusations that have flown out about the Hannah Graham suspect, it makes you wonder how things would be different if the first girl stood firm.

if its false accusation , the girl should be charged for defamation of character. she shouldn't get away from trying destroy the young mans career and education.

Not,quite the same. Harris accuser did not press charges . Winston's accuser did & is suing.
