Every time I've gone to buy a vehicle except 1.
Whenever I've gone to buy a used muscle car or hot rod.
When I'm going to be opening a new bank account.
When I sold a fermenter for $10,000.
Lots of reasons for it.
It is not a crime to have a stack of cash, especially when you don't want to take a check from someone you do not know.

It is a crime however to be in posession marijuana, especially that much of it. I've never smoked, so I really don't know how much he got busted for. Is that much marijuana something that one guy could reasonably be smoking, or is he likely to be a distributor with that much stuff?

Well that's 5oz which is a pretty large amount, and while it is humanly possibly to smoke that much you'd more than likely be "playing ping pong with Jesus high". So it was more than likely for distribution purposes

The money is dirty enough without bringing a bathroom in the picture.

He obviously turned evidence for he state. Reading between the lines.
I am sure this will all ultimately tie back to Jameis Winston...
and/or the Tallahassee Police Department...
