Get Your Mind Right: Pitt Edition

Dear friends,

I find that after a BYE week, it takes a little extra for me to get myself ready for game day. This week especially since it is a Thursday night game and many of us have work/class tomorrow. Just this morning I woke up and thought "hot damn, there is football tomorrow and I am not ready." Here is a collection of awesomeness that I gathered from last years game. Let's all take a minute and get fired up for tomorrows game against Pitt!

It's amazing to look back at the film from last and see all the old faces that are now gone and how much these young guys have stepped up. Super excited! Great video bro.

Old faces that are gone or injured. A lot of those guys from last year's video could be contributing this year if not sidelined with injuries.

I like around the 1:44 mark, he sheds the first rusher and picks his head up and quickly realizes he needs to lay down or get steamrolled by 3 more.

It's amazing how really we should all hate Pitt based on the series history, but they're just generally so darn mediocre that they're kind of hard to HATE. At least for me.

The only reason I really hate Pitt is because they are a mediocre team that always seems to play their best game against us. I never worry about them winning the conference but I always worry about them keeping us from winning it.

Unlikely. He's still working himself back into football shape, earning the trust of the coaching staff, etc. You don't come back after a month of no football and just jump right back in.
