Corey got his first NFL touchdown.

This is going to be great for the ACC.

Corey Fuller with a potentially game winning touchdown!

Sleep with one eye open.. Gripping your pillow tight.

Corey Fuller has done a remarkable job improving his hands. Biggest improvement this side of Jimmy Graham.

C. Fuller gets the TD to put Dertroit ahead by 1 with about two minutes left against New Orleans.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the trend occurring this year? Every time the Hokies lose, a Fuller in the NFL has a great game. The first two times it was Kyle and now it's Corey. It seems like the Universe is balancing itself out...

Yes,that's the Hokie Bird riding a camel. Why'd you ask?

I am so conflicted.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Flowers got a concussion.

The NFC South makes the ACC Coastal look like a powerhouse division.

In Sam Rogers we trust.

As a Panthers fan, I can attest that is so true and possibly the understatement of the year. The Past 2 weeks we have managed NOT to win the most wretched of ways. Fortunately, so does everyone else.

It's crazy how bad the NFC South is this year. I'm a Panthers fan too, and they are MAYBE the 20th best team in the NFL and somehow are leading their division by a game and a half...

Panthers and Hokies fan? Excuse me while i attempt to contain my joy.

Our defense is pathetic, worst secondary in the league.

In Sam Rogers we trust.

Yeah I'm fairly certain that Jarrett, Bonner, Kendall, and a HEALTHY Facyson could do a better job...

if we manage to draft any these guys or 2 in the next few years the football gods will have taken favor on me.

I feel like our GM has screwed us in this department. Gettleman runs the team like an MLB organization. This is not a league where you can just let skill guys go. especially if they aren't capable of duplicating what you let go (2 of which were units that were already the Achilles heels of our team). I know we needed to get some cap issues squared away but face it we weren't exactly stout in the areas that he address- or failed to- ie: OL, secondary, PR, KR. I would have rather let Hardy walk then to have neglected the secondary.

He inherited two bad contracts that have us overpaying two oft-injured backs but I wonder if we couldn't have restructured to make room for a better OL.
I won't talk about the Steve Smith situation as my mother told me once if you cant say anything nice....

either way at least he managed to snag Benjamin and sign Avant and Cotchery

"This is really a lovely horse, I once rode her mother." - Ted Walsh

Yeah he's definitely made his share of mistakes his first 2 years, but he's made way less than Hurney did near the end of his tenure. Our front seven was set before the whole Hardy situation... Hopefully they can find a decent replacement for him AND improve the secondary through free agency/ the draft (Hopefully with at least 1 Hokie). Though I agree with you, that Steve Smith situation was terrible. He made a personal decision over a good football decision. HIs job is managing the FOOTBALL team and Smith definitely was good for the team. Could you imagine how good the receiving core would be with Benjamin AND Smith...

Such is true and I can honestly say that we may be in a better position to make a splash in one those areas you mention in the future by biting the bullet this year.

Could you imagine how good the receiving core would be with Benjamin AND Smith

I feel as though Benji has the natural ability to go and get the pigskin, but i feel there is noone better to teach him the nuances of the game and his craft than Smitty. Plus Smitty still has IT so the perks would be two-fold
either way, here's to hoping both the cats AND the "birds" rally to the finish line and reverse our recent misfortunes.

NOOOOOOO

"Exit light..."

If anyone can play corner with one hand...it's a FULLER!!!!

"Take care of the little things and the big things will come."

I mean, the argument can be made that basically all that's happened is the playing field is somewhat closer to being level for the opposing receivers.
