dafuq?
I think you have a bad link... I know the banner went over the Miami Stadium earlier this year.
Thanks I fixed it.
Here is an another link.
There are better things to spend money on imo.....
like a "keep Al Golden forever" banner
Maybe we (VT) should do a kick starter for a "Keep Al Golden" banner to fly over at the same time. Would be hilarious!
How much would we have to pay the pilots to simulate a dogfight between the two?
Whatever the cost...count me in!
Golden!
Folks this is why we need a drone program
We could drag all sorts of banners to amuse us and infuriate our opponents, shoot tee shirts where we please and generally prove our superiority in the engineering arts to the world.
As for the FAA to paraphrase Col. Bill Kilgore: The FAA don't play college football.
That's why they are Miami fans.
I know the dudes who put this together. Back in say July they were claiming how Miami is back and how they would win a national championship soon.
Well, doesn't that happen every preseason?
Really this is worth downvotes.
Sounds like someone is just shooting the messenger.
I think it was because he posted the wrong link at first. But not worthy of a down vote
If they want to spend money they should start funding their athletic department. That would be a little more constructive than firing the only coach dumb enough to take that job.
Miami fans still haven't cottoned on the the fact that it's not the 1990's anymore. The lure of South Beach ain't what it used to be. Cultivating talent takes a little more than some rusty barbell plates and a bench covered in duct tape.
Building a stadium that's less than an hour drive from campus is essential for that program to ever realistically expect a return to glory. Too bad it'll probably never. They lost any semblance of a home field advantage when the O-bowl was demolished and college football lost a truly unique (and legendary) venue.
Shhh. Just sit back and enjoy the show. It's like vinyl, there aren't many like them anymore...

I believe the word we're all looking for here is "schadenfreude."
