I think on top of the team getting in shape its time Beamer got in shape with his postgame comments

I was looking for something like this from Beamer after the Pitt Loss and no clue what would have made Friday morning any better though

"We were disappointed in kicking field goals". I would like to see that attitude from these coaches rather than trying to win games by kicking 4 field goals .
