Also want to call out that the refs called PSUs final time out when the coach and no one had signaled for it and also called tOSU's final time out because Urban approached a line judge.

I'm not too sure on college rules but on PSU's last timeout, should the clock have started running again even after that personal foul penalty?
I thought that too isn't there an automatic ten second run off if there is under 2 minutes in the game or you can use a time out...All I know is the announcers during the game were saying that Franklin was telling the refs he didnt call time out
