I may have missed it in your previous articles (I do try to click and read every one of them) but have you or anyone asked Searles about the decision to switch McLaughlin and his regression in production from last year? And has he considered switching him back?
From this video and the video previously with Shane and Searles it seems like there is a lot of talk from caoches about us having young players and that is causing us the most issues with production and consistency. But, and without hard stats I have no idea if this is accurate, it seems to me that the young players are the only consistently performing players and its the older "more experienced" players making the most mistakes (penalties and production wise). So is this just an excuse for bad play or are their claims accurate?
