Anyone watching the other games this weekend.
Watching UNC and UVA. This announcer are hilarious. They are so pro-UVA it's comical. Saying things like "I love Mike London and would live of my kid wanted to play for him". On PI..."they threw a flag for incidental contact" (which isn't a penalty). UNC makes a good defensive play, "wow, he was there early".

UVA losing would make my weekend better.
A bit of karma there going against the Hoos. Not sure how Williams losing his helmet was not due to the UVA defender tackling him by the head, but Trubisky delivered a huge TD there.
Not sure how I feel. I love to see UVA lose, but if UNC wins, VT owns sole possession of last place in the Coastal. That makes me sad, but based on our recent performance, it really does seem fitting.
I am still working out scenarios in my head in which we win the coastal. I am a helpless fool.

Timecop declines the holding penalty, so UNC gets 4th and 1. Illegal substitution on UVA for a FG (after a UNC timeout!), so UNC gets the first down and can take a knee to win. Wow.

I'm just glad that somebody in the AD finally realized that our school colors are ONLY Orange & Maroon. Not gray, not black, not camo, not digitized clown suits. Orange & maroon.

In fairness, Whit made public early & often that he strongly preferred traditional uniform schemes. Amazingly, coincidentally, all this season we have only seen traditional uniform schemes. Regardless of what was ordered by Frank during Weaver's watch, we have only seen traditional uniforms this season. Hmm...
They need to realize that orange is an accent color, not primary.
The only jerseys I've liked with a lot of orange were the ones that had the maroon down the sides. But that definitely wouldn't work with the current style.
From the UNC onside kick to the illegal substitution, the LOLUVA loss helped make my weekend less sad. Now that's how you do a collapse- Time Cop style.
Will I take a uva loss, even it makes another team jump us in the standings? Yes, I will!

idk, I kept waiting for someone to hit him from behind and knock the ball loose, it happens a lot when a defensive player does that much dancing around back and forth without really going anywhere
I'll tell you what:
I'm impressed with Louisville (at least until that long TDS they just gave up).
Their D is for real. I love that their O is playing with aggression, fire and passion. Wish we would show that (less playing flat footed and standing around).
I think Louisville just got knocked out of Atlantic contention.
FSU 5-0
Clemson 5-1
Louisville 4-3
BC 2-2
The best Louisville can do is 5-3 and force a tie, which would have to include FSU and Clemson, possibly BC as a 4th. Louisville is on the wrong side of the tiebreakers.
BC has an extreme outside shot, but they are out with either their next loss (hopefully on Saturday), or a Clemson win. Clemson's next game is next Thursday against Wake Forest.
FSU can clinch the division with two wins, or a win plus a Clemson loss.
UVA lost by more than we did. That makes me feel better.
It's a sad day when we feel good about losing 'better' than UVA did in football :(
At the same time I find it hilarious how many are sure we're guaranteed to lose to them. We could, but we could also be playing better football again and beat them.
We could be having the same feeling if this was our lone loss in a 10 win season.
For what it's worth, I don't prescribe to the idea that UVA is any better than we are right now. They're quietly just as bad as the Hokies, they're just so bad that people are surprised they aren't at the bottom of the coastal. Sadly we are occupying that spot, but right now I still feel alright about our chances against the Armani pitchforks
