Cool! It looks like a great family experience. Hopefully we win a bunch of games to make it even more fun.

The most unfortunate part is that the Red Panda act won't be there anymore. Hands down the best halftime act of all time
You just put that song in my head and now it will be there for the rest of the day.
The music may have been hypnotizing/seizure inducing, but Red Panda was awesome.
Otherwise known as 'bowl girl'. Always the best halftime performance and always got a standing ovation after.
Pumped for this season! Even if we don't win many games, just hoping we are very competitive. It'll be a blast to watch Buzz on the sidelines.

From the macro level, it seems silly to rejoice over such small facets of a program. The thing is - we have experienced such penurious behavior from the prior AD and such underperformance by the prior coaching staff that these seemingly 'little things' are indeed a reason to rejoice! I just can't even describe how excited I am about this basketball program now that Buzz is in charge. Finally... this will be fun!
Anybody know if women's basketball tickets are season tickets only?
Glad to see the Dairy Club offering milkshakes at the games - those things are uh-maze-ing.
Yeah, they've been doing that for several years now. The milkshakes & the BBQ sandwiches are the best treats at Cassell, though not together.
I knew they had them at Lane - but I always told myself that beer/liquor and a milkshake never end up well....
But things like Kahlua, Vodka, and many other liquors can go fantastic in a milkshake. Also, Stout milkshakes are better than you would think. Just don't pour a Bud Light into your milkshake and expect good things.
Kahlua and milkshakes are outstanding.

Yeah, they've served milkshakes during games at Cassell for at least a decade, probably much longer. The Cassell experience is a great one, if people would just give it a try.

I can't wait until we have a student fanbase that will fill the student section every game resulting in the possibility of moving them on the side of the players so they can be seen on TV
I'm glad they're fixing the lighting. The lighting has been so outdated making Cassell too dark at times. The LED lights should brighten up the arena and create more excitement.
i'm personally excited for the fact that they can be turned on and off at will. could make for some pretty cool team entrances.
