when looking at that picture, i can't help but think about the crappy UVA photo with fans photo-shopped into the image to make the stands look full. if they were going to ruin what cred they have, they should have just used pies.

A good chef probably doesn't need instant brownie mix, either, but they're pretty damn tasty.
The only thing I cheat with is the pan (it's so darn handy)...the rest is all me. Made from scratch brownies are so much better than the box stuff. The key is good ingredients, ghriradelli chocolate chips, Hershey's cocoa and real butter.
