This week's game probably has little bearing on what happens to Frank Beamer. That decision has already been made, Whit is just waiting on the end of the year to implement it.
Personally, I think a change is coming. Last week prior to the Duke game, Whit came and spoke at our tailgate, and I was explicitly told he would not be taking questions from the crowd. Yes, he mingled a bit, but he spoke for a couple minutes, handed the mic to Kevin Jones, then left. From what I was told, the reasoning for this is that he's growing tired of hearing about the state of the program from the donors.

I think offensive coordinator Scot Loeffler knows his stuff. He's an acute observer of football and knows everything about the dynamics that go into play-calls. But I think at times he calls plays in too idealized of a world. This play should work if everyone executes. Well, this is a team that has execution breakdowns all the time. And the play-calling, especially in a big moment like that, should reflect that.

Ugh, that beamer 0-0 picture. It's the sidebar photo of r/cfb as well. We're the laughing stock of Cfb this week, and that picture's going to haunt me for weeks.
