AZ reports stanton left ankle fine. so logan more than likely will not be starting next week but i would not expect stanton to stay healthy the rest of the year. he seems to like to take a beating for no reason.
The reason he takes such a beating is actually quite simple (and somewhat unknown). Logan Thomas negotiated a clause in his contract that the "best OC in the world, Scot Loeffler" was to design all blitz package protections.
While this may seem crazy, it was to guaranty he got playing time. As for when he's in the game, Logan is the only QB big enough to withstand such punishment, therefore furthering his legend.
