laugh out loud.
My reaction, as well.

It's not over by any means, but I'd call VT the team to beat...tic
*collective sigh of relief*
ORA Le!!!!!
Oh boy guys, I'm nervous, this "VT" school might try to take Mook from us.
That's what I'm talking about! Hopefully he'll be there Black Friday and is in Josh Sweat's ear constantly...
Classic
More partial to the original Disney version:

"Caramba! Now we're three gay caballeros."
is he big enough to be the next Kam?
No. I doubt we will see another.
But he can be the first Mook, and that will be enough.
But but but a guy on twitter said Mook would never go to VT
/sarcastica
Well, dang my britches. Good news for sure.
French went all JOE-ALL-CAPS on us for this.
I think he is excited.
holy crap this made my Friday that much better.
Helps that Ole Miss flipped a JUCO CB from Auburn just yesterday. Sounds like they may be full regardless of the solidity of Mook's commitment.
Alleyne is apparently firm as well.

Oh don't you rain on this parade!
Haha, not my intent. I think he would've been a Hokie regardless. This likely just expedited the process and explains the timing. Glad he's with us!
Sounds like he wants to recruit Sweat. Mook is awesome.
Just found this GIF, and will use it as much as possible from now on. Cru Jones is the man.
I wish I could give you more than one leg for this, good sir. Well done.
I'm pretty sure I rented that movie from Erol's so many times as a kid that I wore out a couple of tapes. Got it on bootleg DVD nowadays. Plus I have one of these hanging in my closet.

Mook's message to Ole Miss this afternoon:

Coincidentally, he's not playing in his HS team's playoff game tonight. Hope everything's ok.
Say what?
It was 42 to 21 at half..... No need to worsen the butt whippin.....lol. Shut him down early.... Me likes that.....
Apparently he played in their big win after all?

MOOK! THERE IT IS! MOOK! THERE IT IS!
He's too Legit to Quit his commitment to VT
Are we not doing 90s music puns? No?
I'll see myself out.
I just may sit back and sip on some gin and juice to this news.
I'm wearing my pants and an oversized White Sox jersey backwards right now.
Sounds like you're ready to jump, jump.
The Daddy Mook will make you, JUMP JUMP
RIP Mac Daddy
Ahh.... nothing like the collective calming of the tits following news like this. I enjoy it.
Man I want to hear Lane bellowing MOOOOOOOK after he makes a huge play. I've been missing that since Boone left
I think it's re-emerging a little bit with "Juice" but hey, the Mook the merrier.
I see what you did there
Unless he can play offense, it won't change anything...
Just tweeted out Clemsuck offered him. Another player that Tech offers early starts raking in offers.
Also, a couple of CB'S changing to Clemson.
Wouldn't read much into that now. It's the same guy who CB'd him to Ole Miss a couple weeks ago and another guy.
Mook <3 West End
even though that meal is free during a recruit's official visit, it's amazing that you can get that exact meal on a student's dining plan as well while at VT. The #1 Ranked Best Campus Food school will do that for ya.
That's really food from the cafeteria?
West End isn't so much a cafeteria as it is a series of restaurants. But yes, it's all on the dining plan. West End is physically connected to Cochrane, which is where most (all?) of the on-campus football housing is. You don't even have to go outside to get steak and lobster.
How does VT meal plans work? It's been a long time since I was a full time college student eating at RMC cafeteria. Do you get any food per meal you want or each items costs "points" and you could use them all up with meal slime that in a few days?
Flex Dollars are the most popular option (might be the only option now, been a while since I was a student, too). You can buy various plans with increasing amounts of money. Actual price paid is 50% of what is marked on the menu board. If you run out, just add more. But it's all just basically normal dollars and cents. The all-you-can-eat place (D2) is just a fixed price for entry, other dining halls are a la carte.
The fixed price entry is the system I had as a full time student. Buffet style pick how many meals a day you want and pay to put on card. That food looks amazing for college kids. I'm thinking I should go to tech for my masters if they eat like that.
Our dining program alone should always give us a shot recruiting.
Not all per NCAA regulations you can't have an "athletes" dorm. Otherwise richer schools would have a much nicer dorm and use it as a recruiting tool. There are also some in east and west Aj and new hall west
Right now I am drooling thinking about all the food that I am going to eat next year.
West end will break your meal plan, have to be smart and work some D2 buffet in there, just make sure you are close to a bathroom when you leave. The D2 dash will get after ya!
I had D2 breakfast immediately before my first class freshman year. Never again.
The D2 Dash was nothing compared to Old Dietrick. I had that for my freshman year. By the end though, your intestines turn to pure iron. Nothing can hurt you if you survived the Dietrick Dash.
Bah...I dare any of you to try the gauntlet of three meals a day at Shultz.
That was part of what drove me off campus after my freshman year in the military dorm.
I actually thought the Shultz food was better than Dietrick. I would wait until after my first class do I could walk over and eat Shultz instead. Figured they were just pampering all the cadets...
"Pampering" no I have never heard of Schultz in that way. It was convenient as it being on upper quad but we had our own digestive timer after eating there food. Breakfast was the best meal after cold mornings during PT but nothing else was good in my book I can remember.
I agree it was better than Die Quick, but not by a huge margin. I ended up walking to Owen's most of my freshman year for everything but breakfast.
Went from Shafer Shits at VCU to D2 Dash at Tech, big improvement I must say.
