You know, it really was lose-lose for UVA in the rivalry. I mean, we had our worst team in 20 years, made even worse with injuries -- as in we were completely screwed if Brewer and JCC got knocked out.

So, even if they won, wow, they caught us at our lowest (while they were having a bad year of their own).

But they lost...so they can't even beat us when we're down.

You lost me on this one... While they did go bowling with London, this is probably their best team, during their CC losing streak. And it was facing what is arguably VTs worst team.

After all of the uva trash talk, incl the moron who wasn't going to talk trash and would let his pads do his talking (prob should have shut up and actually let his pads speak words for him), they had better win or just forfeit the next decade worth of games.

Their '04 team was pretty good. I think most LOLUVA fans thought us beating them was an "upset". That was the year that they were supposed to beat us and they were going to take control of the rivalry and never look back. Well they still havent beaten us and a lot has changed since then other than that fact.

They have a 5 star true freshman at RB and they are trying to figure out who the RB will be next year. The meltdown there is very entertaining.

Mizzel is a true sophomore. He sure hasn't played like a 5*. Quin Blanding looked convincing enough, though. Really makes me excited what we can do with our elite safety, Holland Fisher.
