In response to this tweet from Andy Bitter......

The creator already twittered this back to Andy but I wanted to make sure the TKP community saw it. Photoshop credit to John Monroe (@MinisterofD). He does some great college football related photoshops. (despite being a Tennessee alum)

I thought the operation was on his neck, not to have his arms removed.

This is going to be great for the ACC.

They didn't remove them, they just shrunk them. Now Frank has T-Rex arms!
