Virginia Tech published a behind the scenes look at the Hokies' 33-17 Military Bowl win over the Bearcats. It captures a lot of the sideline emotion and reactions to Tech's biggest plays, but the best part is the context to Frank's locker room dance (2:59).

Watching over and over. As for people questioning Shane as a coach at any level, I think this shows he can coach.
He can motivate with the best of them, and I REALLY like the fire coming from all our coaches in that video. I love Beamer, but man, sometimes a clipboard needs to be broken when things aren't going our way.
That being said, I still question Shane being our next head coach, because he really needs to refine his coaching, and needs to learn the nuances of the game. His clock management at the end of the first half was Mike London shades of poor. 3 timeouts, we're driving, and we just pick up a first down around midfield with 40 seconds left. Call a timeout. We didn't, and we ended up snapping with about 20 seconds left on the clock. Thankfully, we have Slye there in beastmode, to kick a ~50 yard FG, but that wasn't good.
Just little things like that need to get refined, so I'm all in favor of him going elsewhere for a year or so to get the experience if he really is on the top of the list to be the next guy.
I don't think he is tops on the list for any P5 team, he needs either OC or HC experience.
I'm not so sure about this. While I love to trash yabba-dabba-dabo, he's done a very good job a clemson (mostly because he lets his OC and DC do all of the real coaching).
P5 no. But he could get some great experience at a g5 school for a year or two
Everyone who thinks its time for Beamer to go needs to watch this.
Those kids would run through a wall for that man.
I love this one almost as much as I love the one from the OSU game. These guys never gave up on each other. Shane's energy is fantastic; now we know why the guys love him so much. Props also to the other coaches for always staying engaged and giving specific instructions. For all the OL struggles, Searles constantly coaching on the sidelines is a good thing to see; I just hope he has to do less of it in the future. Seems like he's still communicating fundamentals. Our guys will do well to have some consistency there this offseason.
I could just watch this on a loop. In fact, I think I might.
Who was the older gent reading in the end of video for Beamer?
John Ballein
This new video guy was the best 2014 recruit for sure
Agreed. Not sure who's idea this was but it's something I've been wanting. It's a little thing that enhances the fan experiences and makes them feel more apart of VT Football. Behind-the-scenes video is easily my favorite (Hard Knocks, 24/7 Winter Classic) and hopefully it continues to improve for VT.
What did Tuberville say to Shane right after the game?
I think he asked something like, "Where's your dad?"
Yep, something like that. "Is your dad somewhere?" is what I heard.
Lol Tommy wasnt even sure if Frank was there or not.
franks eyes before he started dancing were priceless. whos got better moves coach beamer or buzz?
Coach dance-off needs to be at a pep rally or something. Get Whit on the phone.
That was great. Leoffler also didn't look like an extra from the walking dead
The last part, with Beamer's face and lead-in to the dancing, was priceless. Also Kendall Fuller's Turning down CFB's handshake so that he can hug him instead says it all.
Great clip!
I like Shane's enthusiasm. I agree he's not ready to take over yet, but he has something there in the locker room.
Frank Beamer dancing will never get old
That was absolutely the greatest. especially Frank's face.
I realize these are cherry picked but, this certainly looked like a team from start to end.
High frame rate video rocks
