I'm pretty confused about this guy's tweet:
2017 Signing Day i will be signing with #VirginiaTech #HokieNation @VTHOKIES_NATION— Blessed (@Ahayes_78) January 3, 2015
@Ahayes_78 a 6'4 310 pound DT who's only a sophomore in High School, He's going to be a beast & he loves VT check him out @coachfostervt— VT Recruiting (@VTHOKIES_NATION) January 3, 2015
Tim Settle retweeted his tweet so I'm assuming he's legit. He would be our first pick up for the the 2017 cycle. I can't find him on any of the recruiting websites....I'm assuming it means that Hayes would "auto commit" to VT if we make an offer.

We'll take it!! I hope Settle influences more people to come here
Some other tweets in his feed read like he's hoping for an offer? I guess if he's good he'll get one, so if he wants to come then that's great.
He seems hell bent on being a Hokie and mentioned Settle is someone he looks up to. I hope he really pans out
6'4" 310lbs as a sophomore? Lawdy.
That's a big boy. Hope he can play at a D1 level. Wouldn't it be nice if he ended up being some 5 star kid and spent the next 3 years telling programs like Bama, LSU, Auburn, OSU, Penn State, Clemson, FSU, etc. to kindly shove it when they came calling?
Has two videos up on Hudl:

Listed as 6'5" 295, definitely a big boy. Don't know if he's a D1 prospect but I love players that want to be here.
(Edit) A few extra facts: 16 tackles last season. Plays at a very small school that hasn't exactly been a football powerhouse.
but you can't coach that size. If he comes in for a camp and shows some raw athletic skill, I'd wager that the kid gets an offer.
