For the last two weeks while moving between forums or to tracker from a post I get sent to a full page ad. lemode-mgz.com is the page. Has anyone law had this issue? When I googled it it seems to be a very common issue right now. The page shows an "article" from Warren Buffet. I'm using an Apple iPad the newest version.

Yup, I'm having the same issue. Never pay attention to what it is before I close it, but something pink and girly. I'm not a fan of it. I want my football back.
Happening to me the last few minutes. Full redirect to some magazine or Dr. Oz crap. Chrome browser on my laptop, so not a unique iPad or iOS issue. Probably some advertiser is being a dork.
So admin need to be made aware?
I contacted Joe to bring his attention to the issue and this forum. Thanks.
Happens to me on iPad the past couple weeks, usually when scrolling through a long thread.
Joe - solution seems to be to add a couple of advertisers to a blocklist. Block daily-health-news.info (DON'T CLICK IT) and momiandi.com (DON'T CLICK IT). Haven't verified this is correct, just what I've found with some Googling. Looks like it's happening on a lot of sites that use Google Ads.
All the ads I've seen on here have been AdChoices. The only time it did something funny, a month or so ago, is because I got a hold of some adware after a poorly chosen click during a Minecraft download; ran some cleaners and cleared it right up.
--Moral of the story: abstinence.
Google AdSense ads have the "AdChoices" thing.
Also, those fake download sites will really get after ya. I use WOT to help with that.
WOT? Done.
The AdChoices thing helps in some cases, but there are reports all across the web that this particular ad (and a few others) are inserting redirect code that prevents you from closing them. They're taking you to a new webpage before you realize that the ad is on the screen to close it via AdCoices. It's nefarious, and it looks like it may have slipped Google's notice, at least temporarily. It's all crap for Dr. Oz, women's magazines, and bogus health information. I'm still tracking down the validity of the proposed solution (found it in one place, the putative reason in another, and nowhere yet that actually confirms how to get rid of it). Some webpages thought they were under a cyberattack because every page view would redirect to this crap.
I blocked those URLs. We'll see what happens.
Haven't had it happen so far been off and on since 10 am.
On the West coast and had to do a double-take, cause it's only 9 here.
I have "Ghostery" installed on Chrome so I don't see these issues -- maybe folks should DL it too?
I don't like to prevent ads, it's how websites make their money.
Happening to me right now. Home page is redirecting to the same page as last night, Good Housekeeping magazine with some link to lemode-mgz.com
Yep JUST happened, 1610
Major pain in the ass. Joe blocked (what we hoped were) the offending ads this morning, but it could take up to 24 hr to take effect. Please update as needed if the problem persists beyond tomorrow.
Yeah, just happened to me too. Fit Mom Daily or something. Apparently I need some help regaining my figure.
May want to also clear your history / cookies.
Happened again 1939.
Just happened to me on iOS. Got directed to

Sigh. I filed another support request with Google. It seems like a nasty ad that's infiltrated their network.
It's happening again. Keep getting directed to Good Housekeeping and Fit Mom Daily. Are they trying to tell me something?
What URL does it take you to? I can block the landing page, which will block the ad. This is the only time Google Adsense has had this issue, but it seems to be a major one affecting their network.
I was just about to post a reply with the URL when it popped up again, and apparently the reply did not get through. And now I'm TKPing with no issues. Oh well, if it happens again, I'll email you.
Edit: meant to reply to Joe. Oops.
Yeah it's happened with mine as we'll a few time (iPad version 2.0).
Has it happened within the last 24 hours? If so, I need to know what URL it took you to, nothing else will help resolve the situation.
It's been fine for awhile. It happened once yesterday but I didn't remember which one it put me at. I'll come back if it does it again.
Just emailed you the full URL. It's about a bazillion characters long. Hope this helps!

The URLs jump quickly, so blocking the pasted ones are likely not the ones you want. Maybe this is what they call a "man in the middle" attack? Link gets hijacked and passed more than once to the bad destination.
This thread seems to be particularly susceptible.
Just got this one:

An App Store hijack.
