Thanks Bitter. I am curious how quickly Searles gets a starting five together to allow them to mold.

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:

The only thing that I got out of this article was a full relapse back into Curt Newsome Rage.

Pretty sure he didn't lift a motherf***ing finger for the last two years of his tenure.

Thanks, Andy.

yeah I felt that at first, but then I thought "man, I'm glad we didn't go through the last few seasons with a stacked O-line, because then we'd have no reason to hope for the future..."

My therapist told me the same thing.

If we'd had a stacked o line the last few seasons, the 10 win streak would still be alive.

yes, but my point was if we'd had a stacked o-line and still only posted 22-17 record, I'd need to find something else to blame

Yeah I get that. I was just trying to say I place around 80% of the blame of our offensive woes on the Newsome Effect, with the other 20% attributed to failings in recruiting QBs and tailbacks.

I really appreciated seeing the numbers on the different starting units on the O-Line back to 2010. The correlation between wins and number of different starting lineups is really striking because I hadn't realized that we used the same starting lineup all year in 2010 & 2011. I also didn't realize how many different lineups we had used in 2012 & 2014.
