starting the weekend out right. Welcome Kareem!
Welcome to Hokie Nation, Mr. Felder!
I love this tape -- is it just me, or on his INT's & break-ups it looks like he's running the routes the WRs should be running?
We did it, guys!
Welcome to Hokie Nation Kareem!
That is amazing.
This is why talk about grades, attitude, personality have NO place on here about young kids.
so much this. keep all comments on recruits positive
If you can't say anything nice... you're probably posting on an SEC forum.
Preach brother. 1) we don't know the kids 2) grades and personal lives of the kids are none of our business and 3) it hurts the program. Leave that crap for somewhere else.
Hell yeah, I love seeing this.
I wonder how many other recruits are checking in on TKP??
Many!!
Nice! Top right was one of mine. Glad I could help! Welcome to Hokie Nation young man.
That's awesome. They don't call it "THE MOST TRAFFICKED, CREDENTIALED, FREE, INDEPENDENT HOKIES WEBSITE" for no reason I suppose. Congrats to Kareem as well, he obviously already knows what's up.
One of those was mine, I think. Glad I told the truth...and said something good about him!
Don't care about stars...VT got a football player here IMO.
Don't recognize the website. Kind of looks like TKP, but I don't see "log in or register" at the bottom.
The "Log in or register to post comments about the Virginia Tech Hokies" only shows up for users who aren't logged in.
I know. That was the joke. The give away was the "Slicker than a peeled onion..." quote.
LOLZ at "true or false, kid he hit in that first clip is still alive." Awesome.
Also, I'm curious if that's true or false.
Welcome aboard, Kareem!
That makes 4 commits and 4 out of state. Love it
So youd rather have a team of all out of staters? It doesnt matter where they come from, but we gotta do better in state than we have the last couple years. We are missing out on all the Adibi's, Hall's, Cornell Browns', Chris Ellis', Macho's, Tyrod's, Vick's, Ryan Williams', Jimmy Williams', David Wilson's, Logan Thomas', Tapp's, D-Hall's etc etc etc that have won us our biggest games and conference titles.
Have a look at OSU's class - half in state, half out of state. We should be looking for a good mix and need to be agressive out of state for positions of need that don't look favorable in state.
Ok thats not what I mean. Obviously we aren't going to have a team all out of state. But we have restricted our selves in the past to not look as much out of state, which is not what good programs do. You're conveniently leaving out guys like the fullers, kevin jones, maddy, dadi, flowers, darren evans, bruce taylor, jayron, boykin, corey moore, andre davis and our young studs ford, cam and shai.
As the premier program in the state, we should endeavor and expect to land much of the top state talent...if we need them, and if they want to stay in state. Out of state recruiting, however, is paramount to national success. We need to be alert to productive areas and establish at least a passing familiarity in as wide a swath as we can, without spreading too thin. Tech has a lot to offer recruits that have never considered us, but very well might, if we're on them.
VT focused too much on in-state in the past, IMO...which led to significant lack of talent & depth issues at too many positions.
Facepalm...
Looks like we got a keeper.
BEWARE OF DOG!!!
This guy is physical, he'll fit in well on the LPD. Welcome to #DBU
WELCOME TO HOKIE NATION KAREEM!!!
Great film. Loving seeing a corner set the edge against the run. Plus the blanket coverage downfield
Looks like a perfect fit for our D. Gets turnovers, nice with the ball in his hands and a good tackler in space.
Call me crazy, but I've got a great vibe about this guy.

Welcome to Hokie Nation, look forward to watching you continue the DBU tradition. Film looks great, another great early commitment, coach Gray is a solid coach, mentor, and recruiter. I wish we could get some D Line early commits to go with these solid DBs.
Welcome to the Orange & Maroon ! Great film highilites . This kid can " run and cover"
Not sure what rivals is seeing to have him a 2*. Good tape, performed very well at camps, good offer list. It's not like he's a midget either. I like him.
Love getting into the DMV more, hope we hit it really hard this year. St. Frances, Gilman, and DeMatha all have a lot of talent this year.
I love this kids instincts; flies to the ball, loves contact, great form tackling, drives through the ball carrier, attacks a ball in flight at its highest point...great addition! He reminds me of a young Brandon Flowers.
THIS!
Great fundamentals combined with instincts, this guy can play!
Who is in charge of the Maryland area now amo is gone
Not sure yet, but as an unnamed coach said at an unspecified event, it sure makes sense to have a guy with a Ravens Super Bowl ring walking into kid's homes around Baltimore and DC.
I really wish we had a coach like that....
upvote for the Sherlock reference.
Cannot wait for series four.
Is French talking about Cornell Brown?
