Jovonn Quillen Jr, a 6'2 180 pounder who plays quarterback for the Hampton Crabbers announced on twitter earlier that he has committed to Virginia Tech. 247 Sports does not have a rating for Quillen and lists him as an "athlete."

Per our own Alex Koma, he spoke with Quillen a few minutes ago. It sounds like he is going to be a defensive back.
Is he a DB or QB? I would hope he gets a good look at QB. He has some serious potential there.
