I asked this on another thread and no one gave me an answer as to the pronunciation, but made the same joke. Is this an inside joke I missed somewhere?

I didn't get it from Reddit. I'm too old for that.
I got it from a story years ago. The building I was running sponsored a book fair and donated the proceeds to local inner-city school (in Kansas city) for "a book about me". I got the prevledge of touring the school and presenting the kids with their books. They really were a cute group of first graders. But, man...I had some trouble with some of the names. My favorte/most embarrassing was a kid named Keavienne. I tried several phonetic ways, mumbling. The teacher smiled at me...but no one stood up. Then this little girl stood up, looked at the book and said "Kevin, that's you". Without thinking I looked at her and said "Kevin! Seriously! KEVIN". Everyone had a good laugh (at my expense).
Been using that ever since for random/obscure references.
Also the League with Kevin's response to Rafi when he calls him anything but.
Regardless, remember any joke stolen from me has been stolen twice! :)

I'm probably the only one, but when GuitarMan posted the stare picture above I immediately thought that if you throw a pair of glasses on him he'd remind me of Pierre Bernard in his Recliner of Rage segments on Late Night when it was hosted by Conan O'Brien.

thanks for the link
I watch this and this is what I see:
That stare into the camera makes me giddy. Between Lefty Zohn and Bud there will be plenty of glares to meme/gif!!
"Working" from home today Guitarman?
You should really go by VTihaveallthegifs rather than GuitarMan...
Or:
VTihavealltheturkeylegs
VTeverypostturnsgreen
VTcatchmeifyoucan
VTifiguredouthowtomakemoneyfromvirtualturkeylegs
If only.
Probably more like VTGoogleMaster since I'm just good at finding stuff...
"At ODU, our program was built around our offense...and we had a great offensive line." Must be nice
Great interview. Thanks for posting.
But someone should let Bill know he's mispornouncing his name...
It's "Zohn". Pronounced "ke-vin".

Go back and look up any of the "Hatin On" threads from last season. It's a running joke on there.
I believe it originated on Reddit
And here I thought NitWhitt made it up. Either way, I can see why it's not funny if you don't get it.

That story is way better than anything reddit.
I was thinking that a 'mispornouncing' would be like saying John HOMES or DEREK Diggler.
Like the interview, he might be a keeper. Time & performance will tell.
Also, am I the only one who thinks he looks a little bit like Big Sean?

Lol, sorry I'm bored

I think he looks a little bit like he's about to kick some ass.
welcome
He could be better than AMO!
Seems like VT isn't just interested in developing players, but coaches as well.
Promising.
