Andy, what's the skinny on O'Donnell? Someone posted the other day that he committed on a non-committal offer, so something like Gaines maybe? Or is that not true?

I've heard something like that. I don't think he'll sign with VT when it's all said and done.

DeAngelo Hall is likely the best "early" commit we'e ever gotten. He committed right around signing day 2000, a year before his signing day.

Great writeup. One thought that jumped out to me is the predatory nature of other schools. If VT offers a DB other coaches (**cough**Urban Meyer) might try to jump on an offer they might not have extended because VT saw talent in a DB recruit. Hopefully, these guys stay committed and have dreams of being the next great one at #DBU.
