VT Women's Golf Coach is Better Than You

Carol Robertson, the coach of our very new women's golf team since 2013, did something amazing. Something one oddsmaker estimated to have 156,250,000 to 1 chances in happening.

Carol Robertson aced two holes in one round, hole in one-ing the 3rd and 5th tees.

If she can do that, then watch out Miami. It's Hokie time

or roughly the same chances as winning the Powerball lottery.

I think I'd take winning the Powerball. I could play a lot of golf then.

Congratulations though. That is amazing!

Please, Kim Jong Ill aced 11 in one round. I mean her 2 are impressive but still well short of the world record.

pssh! doesn't count from the ladies tees! (ducks for cover)

Seriously though, does she give lessons? I consider landing my par-3 first shot on the green a hole in one equivalent.

Plan for the worst and hope for the best, not the other way around.

considering I play once a year at my company's annual charity tournament and keep score by the number of balls I finish with vs. the number I start with as an inverse ratio to how many beers I # during the round I concur she is better than me at golf...

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:

Your method of scoring sounds more fun.

"Exit light..."

Its very sophisticated and I usually win since I am not afraid to walk a few feet into the woods and recover all the lost balls... :)

We had a small brush fire the other day next to a fairway, as we were hosing down the underbrush hundreds of golf balls just started appearing in the ground. It was crazy, see nothing but dirt and underbrush hoss over it and as if by magic clean white golf balls by the hundreds.

Wet stuff on the red stuff.
