This group will be even better this year if Brewer can stay upright *looks at Oline...

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

One thing that jumped out at me was Knowles disappearing act. I know with the freshman stepping up and Bryne soaking up all those short-chain-moving-catches that there wouldn't be too many receptions left; but 3? Wow.

Another thing: what might have been had Stanford made any progress after a promising freshman start.

And lastly: "How about a 4 tight end look?" Somewhere Steiney read that and started Twirking; now spend the rest of the day with that image in your head.

When you say Burden has a history of developing pass catchers, do you know what techniques specifically are his strengths in coaching receivers? I know so little about him I'd really love to know more about his coaching style.

You forgot one stat for Deon Newsome. Got sent to the locker-room (or the area right outside of the locker-room door, but what they don't know...) for really badly scaring a uva player. They deemed that having him on the field scared the uva player too much and he wasn't allowed to play anymore.

There is nothing in the world like Thursday night in Blacksburg!
