Peoples ran the ball very well in the last scrimmage, not many walk ons playing full back can take it to the house like that. An interesting player, that could be worth keeping an eye on.

It would be awesome for any of Knowles, Asante or Caleb to have a breakout or at least make some big plays. They seem to be easy to root for, and we really need somebody at that spot to step up.

They are few and far between. That said, I will never forget Jarrett Ferguson's long TD run with one shoe on against Syracuse in 1998. There was a walk-on fullback who could tote it.

I'm glad to see there's another fullback in the pipe that can carry on the tradition of hard working, country strong VT fullbacks.

So am I. I was real high on him when we heard about him during recruiting and I've heard nothing to dissuade that opinion.

Having depth is one thing, wanting to play 10 or 11 receivers is kind of worrisome and doom and gloom sounding to me...

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

Only on TKP can a dearth of talent and options be perceived as a bad thing no matter the position...

Am I the only one who saw on the snapchat story that Dadi come up lame after McMillian bounced a run to the outside? He was still playing in the next couple of videos but had a noticeable limp. I think he may have strained/pulled a hamstring.

Marching Virginians - Bassline

Dadi gets hurt about once a practice/game.

I see no need to have him on the field this Spring. Why risk it?

Unlike Allen Iverson, he does make his team better by practicing.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

It's how he keeps it fair, right?

"You want all those guys to feel like they have a role," Burden said. "... And they'll get out there with some confidence in practice and those kind of things carry over to the game."

So... I guess Shane Beamer and Burden eat lunch together. A lot.

Leonard. Duh.

And both of them order extra rolls.
