This should be an interesting experience. I am going to join and ask some basic X's and O's type questions. Let's hope the lunatic fringe element doesn't ruin the experiment with nonsense why aren't we getting every five star in the country crap questions.

I really hope someone is screening the calls for about 99% of commenters on Bitter's blog.
really like the idea of it though.
If there is a question about ODU I probably am dropping off.
I thought this was the original reason we hired Zohn, to answer all of the ODU questions. The fact he can coach WRs was just a plus

Am I the only one that is looking at the middle picture wondering how hard that would be to make for my house?
just throwing out a guess, but judging from the picture, there are 3 monitor projectors underneath the table that are being reflected by mirrors onto a somewhat transparent canvas. so it's definitely doable. at first I thought it was one continuous panoramic screen but you can see where one screen ends and another begins. still pretty damn impressive to get it looking seamless.
I wants it.
Why would you want a picture of Scot Loeffler in your house?
tbd!
loefflers twin?
I can't be the only one who misses callers on the football postgame show. What great entertainment they provided.
This is a great idea that could end up being a waste of time for our coaches if they don't do a good job of filtering questions. I could see Bud going home and ripping the head off a small forest animal after dealing with the worst of our fan base.
Heck, I could see him ripping off the head of a cow based on some of the crap that I read during the Pitt-Miami-Wake stretch.
This is the face I made when they came back from commercial and Bud was GLARING at the camera. I damn near crapped my pants.
Shane looks like his head balloons out at the forehead, and Lefty's jowls do the same.
Is anyone going live recap this for those of us who can't watch?
I'm sure it'll be on HokieSports.
Bud wearing blue and orange?
After 11 years of dominating UVA and getting tired of looking at the Commonwealth Cup, Bud has taken their colors as his trophy.
Bud: This is mine now.
Hoo:. . . . ok. . .
at least its not maroon and white.. A&M fan-site might have had a melt down /S
Somebody just asked Bud where he got his shirt.
Bud Foster utilizing a service like Trunk Club, truly the one big take away from this live chat.
I have no idea what that is
Bud Foster uses it. That's all you need to know. Go throw money at it.
Advertising in America, ladies and gentlemen.
It is like having your own stylist. Your stylist handpicks a selection of clothing. After you review the items, your "trunk" will be shipped to you. It is a cool concept but from what I've heard it is way overpriced. I guess I just thought this was tailored (pun intended) mainly to a younger demographic, I was surprised in not necessarily a bad way that Bud Foster uses such a service. I like to think of him as the kind of guy who beats up his opponent and takes the clothing he pleases from their wardrobe.
Thanks for learnin' me.
I'm watching this Q&A with Bud, and I don't see why people think he wouldn't be able to stand in front of people and answer questions like a HC should. Bud for HC when the time comes, I say.
French got a subtle shout out from AA? or was that just the TKPer in me?
It was my question, so I guess so.
I'm now getting an error on every device I try watching on. Anyone else having this issue?
its over
I watched live on my PC without any issues except for an interruption during Bud's Q&A. I had to refresh the website and press play. Other than that, no issues.
How many questions about : uniforms, ODU/ECU, missed recruits were there?
None. I asked Bud to discuss his archetype for a defensive end and how it may differ from traditional 4-3 programs, but Andrew didn't ask it.
I really wish he would have answered that question instead of the shirt one.
When asked about the move to spread, Bud went on a tangent about how two tight end-one back sets have replaced the old I formation/pro set offenses. When Allegretta mentioned Sam Rogers, Foster threw in Steven Peoples as well when talking about fullbacks. That is subtle high praise in my mind.
Malleck and Hodges were praised by Loeffler and Loeffler talked about how tough it is for defenses to match up with one big athletic tight end, much less two or three.
Shane talked about how critical the new recruiting staff folks are for outreach. They allow the coaches to coach on gameday rather than worry about coaching and giving proper attention to recruits.
Bud complimented Dooley and Mihota for great springs, along with Chuck Clark. He said Clark would be on the field every down either as a corner, nickel, or free safety. Bud said that Reavis and Frye have separated from the pack at the two safety spots. He also discussed the whip position and talked about how Holland Fisher needs to get bigger and stronger to be effective up front. It doesn't sound like Bud is confident of Fisher being a contributor this season.
Yeah, I noticed how he immediately said Peoples. I pay close attention when Bud mentions an offensive player.
I never thought I'd ever see my name immortalized in a hashtag, so thanks for that one, French. I'm a little annoyed he changed my question though. I wanted to know how this year compares to 2013 in terms of the design of the offense and how losing individual players could affect that. I'd assume things are different, simo,y because we have more talented playmakers, but it'd be interesting to see if he'd changed the design of the offense at all to account for that.
So pretty much every single bitter blog / article / tsl / tkp info we've heard thus far for spring? looks like i didn't miss much.
