Designer John Raya mocked up some Star Wars-themed NFL helmets, awesomeness ensued. Here is the AFC, and the NFC.

Along the same lines, I would have called the "Greedos" the "Rodians." It's rhymes somewhat with dolphins and would encompass the entire species rather than one bounty hunter.

On a completely unrelated note, I'll add that the H for the Hoth Wampas looks a lot like a TIE Fighter

I thought the same thing about the TIE Fighter, but now that I think about it, whoever made these obviously wanted to incorporate whatever the squiggle thingy is coming off of the C in Chicago's helmets into the Hoth helmets. Very well done

I make a motion to have that be the actual helmet for Washington. It avoids any issues regarding the current name, yet it can still start a massive debate.

These are amazing. I hate the falcons (muck fatt ryan), but the Ryloth Interceptors look damn sexy. Easily my favorite

The AFC North is perfect. Droideka's were the coolest and most deadly droids, both Baltimore and Cincinnati have plenty of felons/criminals on their roster while the Browns are pitiful, just like the Jawas.

I'm a Broncos fan, and I get that our mascot is a white horse. But a taun taun? If anything, make Oakland the Taun Tauns and make Denver the Wampas. We slaughter them every year anyways.

I wish the Panthers could have been the Banthas. Just makes too much sense when you say it. BUTTTT the Bantha does work pretty well for the Bills logo so I can't really fault them.
