Some might say the amount of "OR"s is a bad thing when forecasting next years depth chart, I am in the camp of thinking that it is a wonderful problem to have.

DT is the deepest position on the defense by far. Still concerned about DE depth, but hopefully between dooley, keihn, mihota and the incoming freshmen we can get dadi/ken a breather so they are fresh for passing downs.

Always wondering about the freshman that we had committed at DE this last class. I know we missed on Sweat but I still thought we got a couple other guys. Not sure who enrolled early or what.

Houshun Gaines, Darius Fullwood, and Trevon Hill are the guys who are probably gonna start at DE. None of them enrolled early and Hill tore his ACL doing offseason workouts, so he's gonna redshirt. Gaines and Fullwood will get a shot at the very least.

In the long run for sure (I've said before on here he looks a lot like Corey Marshall did coming out of HS) but I think with the depth at DT right now and the relative dearth of it at DE he'll probably be an end for this year. Very similar to Mihota.

could be a possible route to get some PT but I think he's RS'ing regardless. next year the DT depth takes a big hit with corey/luther gone, nigel is a sr and woody/ricky will be jrs with steve sobzcak as a r-so so if we expect him to contribute at DT might be best to get him getting acclimated now. We also have tim settle and harry lewis incoming at DT and harry lewis is a sleeper for me to excel there. kid is an ox.

When you can and do sub of 4 guys at a time, it's a very good problem to have.

not so sure on fullwood. see him more as a vinny mihota type (undersized DT).
