Out of curiosity, regarding protocol, should MilesHallHokie have just included his/her link to the Daily Mail article in the comments of the original, poorly titled post on this topic, since the first post linked to a different article on NFL.com? Does having a different article/link not necesitate a new post, or is posting more about the overall topic (Wilson trying to compete in the Olympics)? My initial inclination would be to include the new article/link in the comments of the older post, but I was just curious how others see it.

The topic of DW4 in the Olympics had already been started. Moderator-endorsed best practice would be:
1. Make sure you don't have a bunch of unread stuff in the tracker when trying to break news :) People have been good about this lately, a few months ago it was out of control, so thanks!
2. Use less obscure title in first post
3. Provide new link if it has additional details of interest in comments section of original post

It is. I had no clue what it was until I clicked it. Just pointing out that it exists.
