Didnt see it posted anywhere else and wanted to get others input. Saw where ESPN is doing their top 100 again. So far they have released 80 through 100. Dadi tied for 98th. I am interested to see how many other DE's they put ahead of him.

I'm really curious the other D lineman ahead of him I can only think of a couple.
I can promise you a high % of them will be from the SEC. On the other hand, another one of them I know for sure will be suspended 9/7 against us.

# 98 is way too low for a DE/LB as disruptive as Dadi.
DE's likely going to be ahead of Dadi: Bosa, Garrett, Oakman, Calhoun, Ogbah and Barnett
Also possibly Robinson and Nkemdiche depending if they're listed at DT or DE
And apparently DeForest Buckner and Jonathan Allen...
I don't have much of a problem with that. They play as 3-4 DE so they aren't going to rack up numbers like 4-3 DE.
I don't either necessarily, although that Oregon front was more pro potential than production last year.
Also, add Carl Lawson to that list. It seems likely that these voters are essentially going to say that they wouldn't have Dadi as even 2nd team All-SEC at the end of the year.

not be a downer, but I hate lists like this. It's one thing to rank players by position ("Dadi is the 3rd best DE in college football"), but how the heck are you supposed to really compare across positions? Even if you argue "well, this player affected the outcome of the game more than any other player" it's very subjective. No one can give me a hard and fast ranking technique for comparing the effect of a good punter verses a good line backer on the outcome of games (though I'm sure ESPN is working furiously to come up with some BS algorithm).
Even the draft doesn't really pick the best overall players. If the team with the first pick already has their QB of the future and has a serious need at OT, no way they're gonna use their pick on a QB. So the first overall pick is usually the best player at a specific position of need for the team with the first pick.

Pretty sure Dadi's got 98 rankings' worth of foot up your a$$, ESPN staff.
Fuller came in at number 11. CB's above him in the list were Hargreaves at #4 and Ramsey at #10.
