Any way that somebody can provide a video link of the scrimmage to those of us not able to attend?

Mini Plans are sold out.

Athletic director Whit Babcock said earlier this week after the mini-plans and season tickets sell out that the Hokies will start working on selling individual game tickets that opposing teams return from their allotment.

I know this is referring to all the opposing teams we host and not specifically anOSU, but I would laugh if, after all the bluster, anOSU ends up needing us to sell some of their tickets off.

Considering they got 4k for this game, I'm sure there wasn't any problem in selling them all thru the Buckeye ticket system.

Contractually, the athletics department must provide 4,000 tickets to Ohio State and will be charging OSU $110 per ticket, consistent with the Buckeyes' pricing for Tech's 2014 game in Columbus.

yeah I don't see them not selling out in reality, but imagining it does give me a chuckle

4,000 is a decent number of fans out of 66,000.

Not too many, of course, but enough to know they're there.

I think we will see about 8000 fans there. They travel probably better than anyone in the country and will have picked up a lot of extra tickets.

Are the mini packages and season tickets available for OSU fans to purchase? If yes, I bet they did a lot of the purchasing.

Season tickets yes mini packages no. Per #sauces not many season tickets had zip codes in Ohio. Not saying there weren't any and not saying that anOSU fans in VA,NC etc didn't buy some.

Wet stuff on the red stuff.

Can confirm #Sauces.

Er.... #Marinades.

How many is "many"? We need to roughly quantify how many of their fans will be in our stadium to witness the OSU heartbreak.

He's no good to me dead.

Enough that an athletic department employee confidently said, "people in Ohio aren't buying our tickets," or something to that effect.

He's no good to me dead.

I know it's probably just an optical illusion, but that looks pretty political to me.

Just sayin'.

Cute gif, but the "nothing political" really is a pretty strong rule here...

"Exit light..."

The three-star safety from Ocean Lakes High had some academic things to resolve before he could joint he team. He did so Thursday.
Alleyne played safety, receiver and cornerback for the Dolphins last year. Rivals ranked him as the No. 14 player in the state.

So he went from Ocean Lakes to the Miami Dolphins to the Hokies. Yeah, that sounds about right.

"Our job as coaches is to influence young people's lives for the better in terms of fundamental skills, work ethic, and doing the right thing. Every now and again, a player actually has that effect on the coaching staff." Justin Fuente on Sam Rogers

Exactly

Slightly erratic, mostly sane, always a Hokie.

Greg Stroman - or the "G-Stro Show" or "G-Stro Medicine Show" as he is known by me- is a classic hokie player/prospect. He was a middle-of-the-road recruit with strong work ethic and natural talent that just needs some time to develop. This will be great transition year for him to play Nickel, return punts/kicks, and make some splash plays on offense before locking down one of the corner spots next year.

Stroman is looking super swole in that picture.
