Hell yeah! Show how it's done TT!
highlight: elusive Tyrod
Check the link for a "French" level break down of Tyrod's play/mechanics this preseason. It makes me all tingly!

Is there any way to slow down gifs? TT moves quick enough in realtime.
My "draft tyrod" fantasy football strategy might actually pay dividends this year
Man did he look good tonight. In college, I always expected him to have a season that mirrored Cam Newton's at Auburn. Cam was a perfect example of a QB "unleashed."
He did.
It was a joy to watch Tyrod be Tyrod.
He made great decisions, threw well, used his feet as a weapon....
Yes, I'm a homer, but I think he made some fans in Buffalo today.
For whatever reason, don't read the Bills message board. They seem to think Tyrod is some bum and that Matt Cassel is the answer.
Cassell and EJ both have huge amounts of support. I think it boils down to stat history and draft position.
Matt Cassel has kinda been skating by on that one year he took over for injured Brady. Besides 2010, every other year of his has ranged from meh to eww.
I can understand that with Cassel, but Manuel just isn't a good NFL QB. He wasn't anywhere to the level Tyrod was in college and it's starting to look like he isn't as good as him in the NFL as well. It's probably going to come down to Cassel and Tyrod.
They drafted him 16th, people don't want to realize they have have wasted a top 20 pick.
I have a number of friends who are Bills fans. When they drafted Manuel, I told every one of them that they got a 3rd or 4th round talent in the 1st round...
Ahhh the good old days when Frank was fat and we were winning championships
I'm so torn.
I couldn't be happier for Tyrod to get a shot. No one deserves it more. However, if he gets it and keeps it, I'm going to have to start watching and cheering for the Bills.
Welcome to the damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't decision faced each year by everyone in Buffalo.
T-Mobile for President!
Tyrod...just... if you owe your teammates money, just pony up. It's for the best.
Poignant, sir.
TT wouldn't have skipped out on the charity event in the first place......love this man's character
Didn't somebody close to Geno pass away though? I believe that's the reason he skipped on the charity event.
Yes, last-minute cancellation due to a death. I really wouldn't call that "skipping out."
That's a bad series there for Geno:
death, miss charity event, owe a bro' $600, get punched and break jaw, miss out on starting QB position for NFL team...
Neither would I, but I agree with the sentiment Michelle Beadle (who is awesome in the time slot formerly occupied by Cowherd) shared. It's something like, "Hey, you make absurd amounts of money every year compared to that guy, and although there was a very legit reason you missed the camp, just pay the guy because that's just the best thing to do in this situation".
Like you said, "Pony up".
I watched that Bills-Panthers game. I'll just say this, from the start on most plays, the Panthers D beat the Bills OL. And once they did, we saw Tyrod doing Tyrod things, and I thought to myself "man, his time at Tech really prepared him for that offense".
Seriously, that Bills OL looked bad. Panthers weren't even playing 2 of their starting DL, and he was being forced to scramble on most plays. I can't see how anyone else could be successful behind center this year.
Scary though because who wants their first real shot at starting in the NFL to be behind a horrendous offensive line. Today people are quick to blame the QB for everything.........when in actuality the team around the QB is just bad. You work with what you got though.
As a Ravens fan and a Hokie I always hoped that TT would get his shot. He is making the most of it thus far!!
Tyrod could learn a lot with a quick call to Cam Newton. Being blamed for not winning enough games despite putting up consistently good numbers behind a consistently bad OL has practically defined his first 3 years in the league.
It was the 2nd team OL...
Also the 2nd/3rd string front 7.
Erm, what took them so long?
On another note, Logan Thomas actually looked good against the Chiefs Saturday night-made some nice throws. I've been a doubting Thomas when it comes to his chances of making the grade at QB at the NFL level, but he really didn't put a foot wrong in that game and even had a nice scamper on third and long in the redzone in the third quarter that had shades of the Orange Bowl run against Michigan. Arians has to like what he saw, he just might make that roster yet. Good for him.
I have no idea what play you're describing. Are you talking about a run against Michigan in the Sugar Bowl? I found a couple 10-15 yard runs from the Sugar Bowl, including a 4th & 11 conversion.
Or are you describing the 73 yard touchdown run at Miami in 2012?
watching that whole michigan montage made me sad
It was not fun watching that one. I cut it off before OT. That would've gotten me way too angry at work.

Sugar Bowl, not sure how I mixed the two up...thanks for catching that. And yes, the 4th and 11 is the one I was trying to refer to.
Tyrod is 7-10 for 65 yards passing, and 4 rushes for 41 yards.
He actually looks pretty good.
