It is so hard to hate the Buckeyes: Ohio State to join Hokies in honoring WDBJ-7 shooting victims

In a classy move, the Ohio State University joined Virginia Tech to honor the WDBJ-7 victims. While I'm hoping for Virginia Tech to win against the National Champion on Monday, it is very hard to hate OSU. Like Virginia Tech, they have shown that they are a classy football program and great university. As a fan of college football, I wish VT could play OSU on an annual basis.

On a serious note, can OSU replace ECU on the future schedules?

I'd almost rather go 2-8 against OSU over the next ten years than go 8-2 against ECU.

I really wish the schedule vs. teams in the opposite division rotated every two years. That way teams could have a home and home and then move on. We wouldn't have to watch BC for the next 1000 years and play more competitive teams. Definitely would be more entertaining IMHO.

In all seriousness, they are a class act, and it's extremely gracious of them to do that! Some things are bigger than any game.
