Does anyone have any information as far as how the recruits liked their visit? No denying that the first half of the OSU game was the loudest Lane Stadium has ever been in recent years but it fell pretty silent in the second half once Brewer went down and the offense came to a halt.

West side was still loud throughout the entire third quarter. The entire stadium started to get quiet in the 4th.
I tried my best in the east to be as loud as possible. Lost my voice at the end of the 1st!
The east was pretty loud the entire game, at least anywhere near the student section. I'm a student now and one of my buddies I sit with was at his first Hokie game Monday and he was still starting LET'S GOO chants with under 2 minutes to play. Granted he tried a few of those while our offense was on the field (again first game), but point being the east side boyz put on for the 540 last night.
I could hear those in North. We were still trying to be loud until maybe 10 minutes left in the 4th. And most people stayed until 3 minutes left.
Jovani Haskins named VT his leader.
Jaquan Yulee loved the visit and chances are high he flips. Now the chances Devon hunter comes with him....that's unknown
Certainly doesn't hurt though man.
Flipping Yulee to Tech would be huge. Poor middle LB recruiting has helped get us to where we are today. He would be a grest addition to pair with Lydon from last years class.
Hopefully they were impressed. On a somewhat related note, I wonder what Urban's recruiting is like. I mean pretty impressive to see the thing about Elliott and his recruitment. Born and raised a Mizzou fan. Always thought he was going to play for Mizzou. He said that Urban asked him what he was going to do when he handed him the crystal football. I mean Urban was already saying, "We're winning a national championship. Are you coming with us?" basically. I know our goal is to get there and I'm sure somewhere along the lines our guys say something to the effect of "we want you to help us get to where we belong again".....channeling their inner donald trump "make VT great again". However, Urban has won national titles before and knows what it takes. Again, hopefully we can grab some of the bigger recruits. Yulee would be a huge grab. However I don't think we start reversing the trend of being good but not great in recruiting until a new HC is hired and hopefully it's an exciting hire.....like Chad Morris.....or Urban Meyer after he gets tired of being at OSU in 4 years or so.
Sorry, but an "exciting" new HC hire isn't going to make a dent in VT's recruiting. Look at the programs ranked ahead of VT on last year's recruiting rankings and tell me how many you think VT can realistically pass because of a new coach? Maybe a few? Maybe?
VT's Rivals star average last year at #22 was 3.25. There is essentially no difference from #16 to #28. The highest avg score from #16 and down was 3.36. #15 was Penn State who got a bump with their shiny new toy at HC. So unless you think a new coach could consistently (and not just a 1 or 2 yr bump) leap VT into the top 15, what does it really mean? Maybe an extra .05 or .10 of a star on average if you're lucky?
Flipping Jaquan Yulee to Tech would be crazy good and probably un-realistic. This kid is very high on Bama, and very vocal about it too.....kinda like Mook was with VT. I would be completely shocked to see a flip, but one can hope!!
He may not be a take for Bama at the end of the day.
Yep, we need to hang around until Bama stops returning his texts. They may already have.
Could be using him to get to Hunter!
Yulee needs to get his grades up or he will prep.
Troy Pride seems to be interested in some....UT and ND to be more specific....
Slightly worried at this stage....
