Whew! I'm not on the list. What a relief. Now I can go back to studying for this final with some peace of mind.
He got arrested for assaulting a tech employee. I guess the tech employee part is the reason for the ban.

Backup rb a few years back. If my memory serves me correctly he, and a few other backs were competing for playing time before Darren Evans siezed the position in '08. Then he got hurt, and had a couple of bizarre situations occur before leaving football all together. Or at least VT football.
Wow, that's too bad. First, that name has some serious potential (it's the CHEESE-MANNNN!!! for example). Also, looks like the dude was just a physical freak in the gym. Alas, we'll never know what could have been.
I believe we also had a 'pickle' on the team at the same time. Always wanted Cheeseman and Pickle to get out there together. Half-way to a pretty decent sandwich...
practice hero dustin pickle. anybody remember how hite would put him in on the goal line and he'd just run into one of his lineman's backs and fall down? hite insisted he worked hardest in practice and deserved the playing time. all we fans could do was groan. i'm sure he was a great guy and hard worker but that was frustrating to watch.
Went to high school with all 3 of the Pickle bros. All good guys. Pretty sure Dustin is now a cop.
I should mention I went to Glenvar High class of 2000. Dustin started at GHS but I believe he later switched Salem High. Coach Mag was a coach at GHS previously. So that might be why he went to Salem.
He would salute the corps on every kickoff, so he was a fan favorite of those of us in the south endzone. He even came to speak at an event because the commandants thought it was cool.
How is Marcus Vick not on there? And Sean Glennon for his own safety should be on there.
Marcus Vick is just banned from every Elementary, Middle, and High School in the NRV.
I had a good laugh randomly clicking on some of the links for these people. It's just funny how some people are banned from campus, except for a few random buildings in some cases. Part of me wonders how they would get to some of them (like War Memorial Gym) without crossing into some forbidden part of campus.
They can parachute in.
That's like how it's illegal in Virginia to have weed but it's not illegal to be high.
Hite was on record maybe as far back as 2007 saying that Dustin Pickle was our two-minute back...seriously
Oh he definitely was our two minute back, and was used as such multiple times.
Remember Darren Evans running all over Maryland (of course you do)? Here is Billy Hite subbing Evans out in order to get Pickle the ball even after Evans had amassed some 116 rushing yards in a half. Go to 1 hour, 21 seconds.
Evans was injured... the announcers even said he limped off the field after the previous play. He needed treatment on the sideline.
Except it wasn't the only time Pickle got used in those situations. He would have gotten the PT regardless.
Pickle was definitely the two-minute offense RB. Hite didn't trust Evans to know the 2minute offense play calls, since it was a different system used to call plays then normal. If you rewatch a lot of those games from that season Pickle got plenty of non-garbage time PT.

This has made me think. A Southwest VA version of America's Most Wanted, with all of these people would be absolutely fascinating to watch.
