I can't stand Finebaum's show for anything beyond sheer comedic value, but reading through the transcript after a Bama loss is always fun (and talk about after Bama and Auburn both losing in the same weekend).
But this caller really gave me a good chuckle:
Caller Robert from Oxford, Miss.: The AP polls are out, and Ole Miss is ranked number three. There's some people out there saying, "Why isn't Ole Miss ranked number one?" You want to know the real reason why Ole Miss isn't ranked number one? Because Ole Miss ain't beat nobody good yet, PAWWWWLLLLL!
Some of the other callers were pure gold, but talk about perspective. We lose our opening home game and our starting QB, and this site is as positive right now as I have seen in some time.
Bama losses to a really good Ole Miss team and the sky is not just falling, its landing and imploding at midfield of Bryant Denny.
