Week 5 College Football Games

ACC action starts this week tonight with Miami at Cincinnati. The ACC officials had a conference call about games and the weather. Should be an interesting week to really start getting a feel for teams and how good OR bad they really are.

Talk about another American team getting their "Super Bowl" against an ACC team. Look at Cinci go.

The Orange and Maroon you see, that's fighting on to victory.

Or you know the "U" ain't back, I know shocker.

Going on a slight tangent here re: Super Bowls, but I looked ahead to Cincy's 2019 OOC schedule, and they play UCLA, at Ohio State, and at Boise State. Good Lord.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Who do they think they are, UVA?

Not quite.

Unless proven otherwise, we can at least expect Cincinnati to look like they know how to football.

So that hit on Gunner Kiel last week isn't targeting? What the hell? Yet Huelskamp gets to sit out the first half. Can't say more about the great job officials are doing with that call this year. /s

I thought the same thing when I saw the replay.

The announcers said that he wasn't considered defenseless and that the tackler didn't lead with the crown of his helmet. It was as much targeting as Huelskamps hit

I'm trying my best to get over that game, but I swear, something is wrong with the game when a guy runs about every play, racks up over 100 yards, and you are not allowed to tackle the mo fo.

A picture is worth a thousand words. A gif is worth a million.

I'm surprised to see Miami struggling with this Cincinnati team like they are

There is so, so much parity these days. The top 5 or so are still really great, but the next 65 are all about the same.

This is so true, everyone looks down on the G5 all the time, but there are solid teams there.

Which is good, because I love watching Miami lose.

I am torn about the game. The acc needs the win for respect, but I love to see Miami lose.

Don't really care about the conference as a whole at this moment so glad to see Miami take the loss to a team we dismantled latest time we played.
