My fiance and I ran in St. Paul for about an hour the weekend we played Purdue. We weren't in an organized race, but there was a beer festival in one of the parks.

We were in town for a wedding. We ran to the dog park from the NE corner of the city. We sorta stumbled upon the beer fest on the way back. Throwing that out there for any conspiracy theories about running in St. Paul tying into Hokie victories.
We don't approach 'Dozer in any sort of skill level (The fiance can cover the distance, but neither of us are nearly as fast).

And I heard that dozer completely copied his training regimen of running long distances that Phreak was totally using first, and didn't even give him any credit.

Hahaha, and here my goal is just to finish a half in under 2 hours in a couple weeks. Always gotta be someone out there to crush my Olympic dreams. To be honest, I should really just be happy my completely unathletic self doesn't (always) fall down when I run.
Congrats, man, that is a fucking phenomenal pace. You've given me motivation to be outside in the cold November rain this morning for my training run.

I didn't think guys who spent their time editing together videos were supposed to be athletes. You just may cause a rift in the space time continuum. Congrats.

seems legit
Chances of getting to Charlotte doubled again. 7 in less than 65,000!
Winnar!
Bill runs half marathon (~13 miles). Hokies score 13 first half points.
Bill's final time is 1:16:38. Hokies win by 16.
Illuminati.
You know what you must do now, the morning of every game day.
Were you watching the same game as me? I could have sworn we had 20 1st half points... ;)
(offensive) points
Mind got derailed from that discussion on the open thread. Whatever. Illuminati.
I'll tell you what Billdozer needed to be more aggressive in the last 6.5 miles of that half marathon. Someone needs to get after him about that.
I can ride alongside him in my car, shouting through a megaphone. Would that help?
Couldn't hurt.
Maybe he needs this guy and his spatula
BILL AINT RACED NOBODY YET, PAWWWLLLL!!
And that finishing line tape just snapped when he hit it. Never seen such soft defense. Break, but don't bend.
enhance...
REPRESENT
I did get a couple "GO HOKIES" during the race, despite being deep in B1G country.
First you go around with an awesome name, then making incredible videos, what's next? Winning races?
whered you run at?
Monster Dash Half Marathon, St Paul, MN.
Could have used your weather expertise to tell me it was going to be cold and rainy the whole time!

So I'm confused -- were you running a marathon, or were you running to get to the park before the beer ran out?

go drink surly beer ... toppling goliath if you can find it too. for me.
When we realized how cold and crappy the weather was, we almost decided to skip the race and head over to their brewery.
surly is a real treat.

Huh so that explains the stories I heard of the adult film star winning some kind of road race today
I heard Dana Holgorsen got a haircut and ran a half marathon. True/False?
#SECSPEED
Cool. So about the game?
Good things happened.
Good things stopped happening.
Bad things happened.
Bad things stopped happening.
VicTory!
Perfect!
Houshmazilly?
Cham-pion-ship
Well then, who needs film?
Only half?
Phreak won a full marathon. Just sayin'
And I heard that dozer completely copied his training regimen of running long distances that Phreak was totally using first, and didn't even give him any credit.
Are your feet size 4?
Those racing flats are low profile and lightweight but still, they are a size 10.5. That photo makes it looked like I have hulk sized legs.
BillDozer... more like BillSprinter. <6 pace for a half. Dayum.
I ran 5 miles in the rain this morning... I consider that a victory of sorts.
I have a car. Running that far just seems nonsensical.
Go Hokies. Fuck BC.
ps - I loathe Matt Ryan

any word on Riley's injury? I know it's too early for official news, but I can't even find any #sources references.

i drank 26 beers yesterday, so take that.
congrats.
Wade Boggs?
Nice job, Dozer. I ran a raleigh 1/2 in Sept in 1:37:45 and thought I was booking it.
Great Job...maybe I will catch up to you guys soon.. I PR'd my last half -Marine Corps Half in Jax FL - 1:47:22.
Don't feel bad. The Marines expect everyone else to run.
Why is Mike London photobombing the coaches's handshake in the first picture?
Just making sure they don't try to take any timeouts into the locker room.
