Just thought I'd share this, Blacksburg/Christiansburg/Radford comes in at 14th, and that place I go to watch my favorite football team beat up on 2nd graders every other year is 15th.

I live in State College now. Let's just say that I call into question the validity of these rankings. Luminosity or not.
It's only that close of rankings because they include Radford with the two burgs.
Not sure I agree with this either since I live in the NRV....or maybe its just that they can't drive worth crap....esp in C-Burg.
I think it might be more that the people who are going to take a Luminosity cognition test aren't truly representative of the general population in the NRV, because I shop at the Kroger in C-Burg.
Radford sent out all of their diplomas for their recent graduates with two misspellings, the most notable one being "Virgina". I feel that article loses all credibility.
Washington, D.C. isn't on that list. The study might be on to something, after all...
But Altoona, PA is.
