I thought I saw one. It was a photo of Frank looked like a pick of Frank with his hand in the air a la Thursday night's game, on the left with writing on the right but, it was behind one of the talking head's head.

I do not have the capability to take a screen pic of my TV.
It was early on, maybe even before Gameday had officially started.
I have not seen the sign since then so, I can't confirm either way.

I just gave a good hard look while Desmond was saying ND won't move down, and I don't see and Frank signs. But there are a lot of signs, I might be missing it.
EDIT: At 1054 AM EST I saw someone in a Tyrod jersey while they were showing a marching band at Fort Hood

There was definitely at least one sign which I saw during a pan-over of the crowd coming back from commercial around 11:00 AM. It couldn't be seen behind the desk though.

I fully expect Gameday or something close to invite Frank to participate in the playoffs/NC talking heads panels. If we are very lucky they will put together a nice retrospective segment to lead in.
