I am not sure of the legitimacy of the source (Mount Tabor Sports Marketing, which is also posting scores and sports news from his school), however tweets have been posted with pictures of Divine Deablo signing his national letter of intent to enroll early with Virginia Tech.
Congratulations to Divine Deablo for signing to play with @VT_Football today! #CelebrateSuccess pic.twitter.com/uXPR37W43l— MTSportsMktg (@MTSportsMktg) December 11, 2015
I am working to see if I can find confirmation that this is legitimate. UNC made a late recruiting push for Deablo.

I'm sure this can be confirmed. It looks just about as legitimate as it gets to me.
Hell fucking yes. I moved to Winston Salem after undergrad at tech because my GF got into the Wake Law school, and this school is a hotbed for footballl talent. This guy has as they would say "all the measurable's " 6'4 And over 200 lbs in high school! Damn those are good genes.
earlier today from the same account- saying this is a NLI signing.
Not to be a debbie downer,

but there's no NLI for early enrollees, and the NLI for regular enrollees cannot be signed before February...
On the other hand, signing the non-binding-on-the-player financial aid paperwork for spring enrollment is still an excellent predictor of enrollment.

Can only share what they tweeted. Again, I have not seen this tweeted out or in any news feed, so I posted it with the cautionary warning.
'preciate the info and the news is welcome, but when something's obviously using the wrong wording (like describing the signing of an NLI taking place in December) it doesn't hurt apply a little analysis / translation when sharing the news.
I mean he could have possibly signed an NLI that would be invalid until February... but yeah no, kinda doubt it.
I think coaches around this country hype up this financial aid paperwork like it is some kind of NLI because they want to lock up their recruits as early as possible, and if the recruit think they can't go anywhere else because of it, then well they may as well have signed an NLI...
Of course the early-decision recruits deserve the same kind of fanfare that those who wait until National Signing Day get.
There's a good bit of hype going into the media coverage of these recruits nowadays.
I was there. It happened. It was just the financial paperwork, but he's coming to Blacksburg next month. Done deal.
That's so Leonard.
Duh.
NICE.

Also cool that you were there.
That lunch pail on the table makes me smile
Dear UNC....
Kindest regards,
That DX gif looks familiar.
It commits the school to the kid but not the kid to the school....but usually a good sign that he will show up.
Now that Fuente's offensive staff is mostly filled out, I think any WR already soft-committed to VT would be a fool to go elsewhere for any reason related to football.
